Buying a home can be a very exciting adventure, and at the same time be
very scary, especially for the first time buyer. You spend hours and hours
searching for just the right home, looking through the papers, visiting the
open houses. Everyone is giving you advice, and telling you what you
should do. But who is right, and how do you know? Most of this is all new to
you, and it is all happening so fast. Of course everyone tells you the house
is perfect. That is where Leader Home Inspection LLC comes to your aid.
You get to just follow along as I look at your home for things like evidence of
leaky pipes, or improper wiring. Things that the home buyer may miss as they
looked at the home.
Buying your first home is a big choice, and you want to make sure you do
things right. Your emotions are flying, your thinking about moving, and
about scraping together money for your down payment. Your lender tells
you there is a charge for this, and a charge for that. There is appraisal costs,
closing costs, title insurance, and on and on. Stop already! You can't take it

Landscaping, Gutters, Downspouts, Driveways, Patios, Decks, Porches and
Air Conditioner Compressors.
INTERIOR COMPONENTS:
Heating System, Plumbing System, Electrical System, Walls, Floors, Ceilings,
Windows, Attic and Basement Structures.
